I have tried to get 25 east City Ave, Philadelphia, Pa. When I try to put in the house number, the screen turns grey and 45 and 0 are the only numbers that are lit. At the top of the screen is, Enter House number (401-4898) Nothing I do will get numbers less then 401. Please help. Leatha
